If your package is marked as delivered and you cannot locate it, please check other areas at your delivery location. If you can still not find the package, contact your carrier. They can contact you directly and help you locate your package or file a claim. It is very important to contact them as soon as possible.
The customer assumes responsibility to have items shipped to a safe location for packages to be delivered. We do understand, even in the best circumstances, packages go missing or are taken.
Once the item(s) are marked "Delivered", contact the carrier and file a claim. This process is quickly done online and takes 5-10 days, depending on the carrier.
Filing a claim with the shipping companyYou can file a claim with the shipping company UPS, USPS, and DHL. They each provide an online claims portal to report your missing item(s). We have found submitting online is faster, however, you can call them by phone.

Many credit card companies offer purchase protection as part of their service. Check with your credit card provider for their offered coverage and to file a claim.
